Poverty Programs.

January 23, 2008

Hey,

Child Poverty is trying to be prevented, some programs are working some aren’t. Some of the programs that are working are:

-UNICEF

-Water project

-Sponsor a child

-Donate Clothing, money etc.

-The child poverty and prevention council (10th year running)

All of these programs are there for the same reason, to help get children out of poverty and to help then lead a healthy lifestyle. These programs are effective in giving children living in poverty hope for a healthy life, hundreds of children die every day because of hunger or hunger related causes. I for one do not think that this is rite and I stand with those trying to stop Child Poverty. Most of these programs also give the children safe food\water and clothing. If you have any information about child poverty please let me know. Thank you

-Kate

    Hi Kate!
Long time no talk! Lol, get it?
Anyway, you are very right! I am o sorry for children who are living like that and i wish i could make some kind of special school for just them to live in happily.
But hopefully in the future something will happen! After all, technology gets better and better.
    Stay In Touch! ;)
